This charming pair of souvenir Postcards labeled "Madrid" have been neatly hand stitched in what appears to be silk thread.
The embroidery work is nicely done with quite even layering and a lovely pastel color combination.

The cards have a deckled edge peeking out of their cream colored mat and a gold filet on their cherry colored frame.

While the frames look good from the front they do have some nicks and some marks on them along the sides and edges. (Please see photos for details.)
