This classic blue and white Florida souvenir plate is a beauty!

The center motif has a map featuring flora and fauna & lists some of the high life spots throughout the state: Pensacola, Fort Walton Beach, Panama City, Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Jax's beach, St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, Disney World, Orlando, Cape Kennedy, Tarpon Springs, Clearwater beach, Saint Petersburg, Tampa Sarasota, Fort Myers, Fort Lauderdale. Miami, Miami Beach and (last but not least!) The Palm Beaches.
Flamingos, alligators, and pelicans covert among the tourists that are golfing, boating, water, skiing and sightseeing.

The back of this plate contains a little history lesson and is labeled " Florida the sunshine state."
The plate is 10 inches in diameter and is in very good vintage condition. The front transfer work is beautiful, with no visible breaks in the design. The back has some wear and scuff marks, but nothing that would be a detriment to displaying it.
We recommend you consider this plate to be decorative and not food safe.
The plate is labeled Fine American ironstone By Enco South.

Please note. It doesn't say that the decal is detergent or oven proof. We have cleaned surface dirt off of this plate with a wet wipe.
It did not affect the color on the plate at all.
