Delaware became the first state in 1787 and this souvenir plate boast that along with the state house, Delaware Bay, Caesar Rodney statue, Dover Christ Episcopal Church and the first DuPont industries circa 1802.
This plate measures approximately 9 7/8 inches with a scalloped edge and gold rim.
