Along side her a man plays a fiddle and a cozy caravan sits in the background with a smoking chimney.
The sides have three yellow metal clappers and is decorated with party hats, masquerade masks, top hats, noisemakers and champagne glasses.
Beautiful bold colors in red, blue, green and yellow.
