Lovely blue and white plate featuring Westerly memorial library, immaculate conception Church, Chief Ninigret at watch hill, the square 1863, Town Hall in westerly, Wilcox park, and westerly's first Church 1680.

Westerly Rhode Island Incorporated May 14th, 1669 the 5th Town Incorporated in Rhode Island
Town Hall, built of Westerly granite, dedicated 1912, present seat of government.
Westerly's first Church seventh day Baptist Church of westerly, located near present meeting Hall bridge by settlers from Newport, Rhode Island.
Immaculate conception Church 1968, the parish was established in 1886 and new church dedicated December 8th 1969.
The square 1863 later called Dixon square with building of Dixon hotel in 1865 at left first Baptist Church.
Library dedicated August 15th 1894 as civil war memorial. Suggested and partly financed by Mr. and Mrs. Steven Wilcox.
Wilcox Park land presented to town by Mrs. Steven Wilcox in 1898 for Park maintained by trust fund established by Wilcox family.
Ninigret cast in france, sculptress Enid Yandell model was Indian with Buffalo Bill circus.
