Ruffled neckline and sheer long sleeves with decorative buttons, ribbon trim and ruffles.
Zips down the back and has a full flowing skirt.
Dress has some condition issues:
Two areas of staining one on the back neckline that does show through a bit to the outside and on to the ruffle.
The other spot is not as noticeable but is one the front about 6 inches from the waistline.
Some of the neckline ruffle and one sleeve have some fraying and a pull in the hemline.
Is still in wearable condition just be aware of condition issues.
